1. Introduction

This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the Inferaq Academy Affiliate Programme (“Affiliate Programme”).

The Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) to earn commission by referring new students to enrol in paid Inferaq Academy training programmes via approved referral methods.

By joining or participating in the Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Have a valid bank account or payment method for commission payouts

• Not be barred from participating by law or prior misconduct

Inferaq Academy reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Inferaq Academy.

Nothing in this policy creates:

• An employment relationship

• A partnership or joint venture

• Authority to bind Inferaq Academy to any agreement

4. Commission Structure 4.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a 5% commission on the net course fee actually paid by a referred student.

4.2 Commission Conditions

Commission is earned only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The student is referred via your unique affiliate link or approved referral method

• The student successfully enrols in a paid programme

• The student completes payment in full (or first instalment, where applicable)

• The student starts the course (i.e. attends or accesses the first session/materials)

No commission is payable for:

• Free courses or trials

• Withdrawn, cancelled, or refunded enrolments

• Failed or reversed payments

5. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links, codes, or approved tracking systems

• Inferaq Academy’s tracking data is final and binding

• We are not responsible for lost commissions due to:

  • Cookie deletion

  • Browser restrictions

  • Incorrect or unauthorised referral methods

Self-referrals are not permitted.

6. Payment of Commissions 6.1 Payment Schedule

• Commissions are calculated monthly

• Payments are made after a validation period to allow for refunds or reversals

6.2 Payment Method

Commissions are paid via:

• Bank transfer or

• Another approved payment method

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6.3 Minimum Payout

Inferaq Academy may set a minimum payout threshold. Commissions below this amount will roll over to the next payment cycle.

7. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

• Declaring income

• Paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies

Inferaq Academy does not provide tax advice and will not withhold taxes unless legally required.

8. Permitted Promotional Activities

Affiliates may promote Inferaq Academy through:

• Websites and blogs

• Social media platforms

• Email marketing (to opted-in audiences only)

• Personal or professional networks

All promotional activities must be:

• Honest and accurate

• Compliant with advertising and consumer protection laws

• Aligned with Inferaq Academy’s brand values

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims

• Guarantee jobs, salaries, or outcomes

• Misrepresent Inferaq Academy as an employer or recruitment agency

• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing

• Bid on Inferaq Academy branded keywords without permission

• Imitate Inferaq Academy branding, websites, or communications

• Use offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

10. Brand & Intellectual Property Use

Affiliates may use approved:

• Logos

• Banners

• Marketing materials

only as provided or authorised by Inferaq Academy.

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Inferaq Academy.

11. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

• Commissions are not payable on refunded or cancelled enrolments

• If a refund occurs after commission is paid, Inferaq Academy reserves the right to:

  • Deduct the amount from future commissions

  • Request repayment

12. Compliance & Monitoring

Inferaq Academy reserves the right to:

• Monitor affiliate activity

• Audit referral traffic and conversions

• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations

13. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Programme at any time.

Upon termination:

• You must stop using all affiliate links and materials

• Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to misconduct

14. Limitation of Liability

Inferaq Academy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Tracking or technical issues beyond reasonable control

15. Changes to This Policy

Inferaq Academy may update this Affiliate Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated date.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

16. Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
